Loving live TV..

It always fascinates me that I can walk down the street in Chicago, and peer inside a window and watch professionals working.  

In this case, its the channel 7 morning news anchors apprearing in between their live performances.

There are always people looking in the window, and occasionally I could see familiar faces.

Even the renowned Vincent appears in his dapper suit to make his morning appearance.  He does his shtick on the outside looking in.

I snap the picture and keep on walking by to start my day.

Pool therapy to start the day..!

I thought I would take a picture of the jacuzzi pool that I'm using to improve my health..and my sprained hamstring.

At least, I think it's my hamstring that I'm recovering.

I am diagnosing myself to get better.  I've been doing this for the last two weeks with mediocre results.

I'm gradually getting better, and this'll be my final effort before going to the pros.

It is an enjoyable test, however.

Jenny brought up a good point about listening from a coaching perspective.

Get the ego out of the way first.

Then someone commented, "How would we know the ego is in the way in the first place?"
