"Every problem has in it the seeds of its own solution."
Norman V. Peale (1898-1993 US Clergy)
There are three areas to consider when overcoming an obstacle or challenge:
The first is willing to consider the mindset, simply to be intentional about resolving the particular problem.
The second step is to consider the tools available for resolving the challenge at hand. In particular from my experience, I've noticed that the better the tools the faster to overcoming the obstacle.
The third step is simply a matter of allowing enough time to pass. In particular, time is one of the things that will allow you to come back to the challenge or walking away from the challenge for another time. Rest or reflection for certain sequences to happen or to get a fresh perspective may be required.
So, these are the three skill sets required to solving your particular challenge, problem or obstacle.
