It brought a smile to me, since I have no beard and no one could grasp hair on my head.

Nor do I know anyone with a beard.

Yes, a quote clearly in time when beards where in vogue.  And probably a metaphor that is missed on the ladies?

BTW, all is well with 100DC at Blitztime and we can continue with aplomb and in reference to this quote, we're grabbing Blitztime by the beard.
